Funny incident!

                             \
Imagine opening the newspaper and reading your own obituary. It would be a shock, right? That’s what happened to political campaigner Marcus Garvey, who was recovering from a stroke when he opened the newspaper to read the headline “Marcus Garvey dies in London”.

Unfortunately, the shock was enough to give him a second stroke, which was sadly fatal.

Luckily, reading your own death announcement doesn’t always have that effect – which is handy, as it seems to happen strangely often.

The first Facebook rumors seemed to surface in September 2012 and were swiftly denied, but the following month media outlets like Global Associated again began spreading the news that Freeman had died – this time by falling off a cliff. Again, Twitter reacted, with the hashtag ‘#RIPMorgan Freeman trending. Again, the actor appeared to quash the rumors, although he said he was filming a movie called “Last Vegas” which could be an ominous sign.

So the man who played God really does seem to be able to come back from the dead repeatedly. And we’re glad we haven’t lost him yet!
